No. It works for union crew and performers, and for non-union and freelance workers — the Deal Memo compares your deal to the legal minimum, and "just track my hours" works with no agreement.
Which unions and agreements does it support?
17 agreements and labour codes across Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, France, Japan, South Korea, India and the EU — including IATSE 873/891/Basic, NABET, ACTRA, SAG-AFTRA and PACT/BECTU. More are added as they're verified; others are usable via your statutory floor.
Will it tell me if I'm being underpaid?
For non-union deals, yes — the Deal Memo shows your pay against the statutory floor for the hours you worked. For union work, it computes what your agreement specifies so you can check the timecard.
Does it replace payroll?
No. It's your own record and check — accurate, explainable, and exportable as PDF or CSV to hand to production or your accountant.
