The short version: your hours and pay live on your device. There is no account and no tracking, nothing about your work is sent to EgeTech, and the app works fully offline. If you turn on iCloud sync, Apple carries the data between your own devices in a private database only you can read.
Information we collect
None. Wrap Clock does not ask for, collect, or transmit any personal information. There is no account, no sign-up, and no user profile. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking technologies, or any third-party SDKs that would collect data.
Your data stays on your device
Everything you create — productions, hours, agreements, deal memos, notes and exported timecards — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. We have no access to it and no ability to retrieve it. Content leaves your device only when you deliberately export or share a file (for example a PDF or CSV) using your device's standard share features, to a destination you choose.
iCloud sync (optional, Pro)
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synced between your own devices through Apple's private iCloud database. It is stored under your Apple Account, readable only by you, and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. EgeTech has no access to your iCloud data.
No network activity
Wrap Clock functions entirely offline. It has no analytics endpoint, no crash reporter and no advertising network, and it never contacts EgeTech.
Purchases
Wrap Clock Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address, or Apple Account information; the app only asks Apple whether this Apple Account owns the purchase.
Children's privacy
Wrap Clock is a professional utility. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children, and contains no advertising and no social features.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on request. You remain in full control of your own content, which you can delete at any time from within the app or by removing the app from your device. Under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA, the EU's GDPR and California's CCPA, the practical effect is the same: we are not a data controller for any personal information belonging to you, because we never receive any.
Not affiliated with any union or producer body
Wrap Clock is an independent tool from EgeTech and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any union, guild or producer body. Union and agreement names are used only to identify the rule sets the app supports. Wrap Clock is not payroll software and does not provide legal advice.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above.
