The short version: Zapp collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party code that could gather anything. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us, because there is nowhere for it to be sent: we operate no servers.
What the app stores, and where
Everything below is kept on your device only. None of it is transmitted to EgeTech LTD or to anyone else.

Deleting the app removes all of it.
Network activity
Zapp talks to your television over your own Wi-Fi network, and to nothing else. It has no analytics endpoint, no crash reporter, and no advertising network. The app never contacts EgeTech LTD.
The app asks for local network access because finding and controlling a television requires it. iOS shows this prompt the first time the app searches. Declining it means the app cannot find your TV.
Purchases
Zapp Pro is a single purchase, not a subscription. The transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or your name. The app only asks Apple whether this Apple Account owns the purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Children
Zapp is a utility for controlling a television. It collects no data from anyone, including children, and contains no advertising, no external links to user-generated content, and no social features.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on request. Everything the app knows lives on your own device and is removed when you delete the app.
If you are in a jurisdiction with rights under GDPR, CCPA, or Canada's PIPEDA, this is the practical effect: we are not a data controller for any personal information belonging to you, because we never receive any.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the current version is always the one published at this address.
